No cancellations. No refunds. We gladly offer exchanges on unworn products with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned back to you. Returns are only accepted within 7 business days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.Please contact us first to initiate a return. Please do not return any merchandise without speaking to someone and receiving certified confirmation.

We do not offer exchanges on swimwear, and any white items nor do we issue return labels.Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Our return address is on your package.Due to limited quantities if an item is out of stock there will be no exchange or returns under any circumstances. You will be notified via email in this case.

We are not responsible for orders lost in mail, incorrect supplied address, or unclaimed/ refused packages.
